The Renaissance Developments are comprised of several related organizations which focus on multiple real estate business growth opportunities. The underlying tenets of the organizations include providing high quality products, services, and client satisfaction. Since 2002, the Renaissance Developments have benchmarked continui
ng success in developing and marketing over 120 condominium units as well as 26 multifamily dwellings in the Knoxville , Jefferson City , and Morristown , Tennessee markets. In 2003, Knoxville-Knox County Metropolitan Commission awarded the 2003 Excellence Award to the Renaissance II in the Residential Development Category.
In order to grow the business at a rate that is both challenging and manageable, the Renaissance Developments expanded its business line to the commercial arena by developing and marketing a professional office complex. In March 2007, the Renaissance Office Complex began leasing executive offices to various professional groups. |
